Vinification and aging:
Wine obtained with selected "Barbera" and "Bonarda" grapes in the traditional proportion respectively of 60% and 40% coming from old and better exposed company vineyards. Vinified according to the most classic Piacenza tradition, it is marketed only from the month of September of the year following the harvest to allow an indispensable refinement in the bottle.
Alcoholic degrees: 13,5% vol.

Organoleptic characteristics
Clear, intense red color with garnet reflections. Intense and characteristic bouquet, slightly vinous with hints of red berry fruit and spicy nuances. On the palate it is dry, warm, full-bodied, calm, rightly tannic and harmonious.
Gastronomic combinations
This wine is an inseparable companion for cold cuts appetizers, pasta, stewed meats, roasted white and red meats.
Service temperature: 18/20° C.
Early uncorking is recommended in order to encourage oxygenation for a perfect enhancement of aromas and flavors.
