Wine made with grapes of the homonymous vine coming from the company's vineyards.
Natural fermentation in autoclave. Aged in steel tanks for 6 months before bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics
Clear and intense red color. Characteristic and pleasant scent.
Gastronomic combinations
Ideal with vegetable soups, pasta and beans, risotto, dry pasta, stewed red meat, mixed boiled meats. For its marked freshness and liveliness, it reaches the maximum combination with cooked salami and zampone. Still ideal for the whole meal.
