Wine obtained from the native grapes, among which aromatic varieties which give it unmistakable aromas. Vinified in white with soft pressing and short contact on the skins. Natural fermentation in autoclave; it is bottled in the spring following the harvest, after natural fermentation.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Clear, intense pink color, delicate and fragrant bouquet with hints of strawberry and small red berries of undergrowth. In the mouth it is harmonious and fresh.
Gastronomic combinations
This wine is ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers, risotto, white meats, fish dishes and also with pizza and cheeses that are not overly tasty. Still ideal for the whole meal.

374/5000 "Meditation" wine obtained with grapes of the "Malvasia di Candia aromatica" variety coming from the company vineyards, carefully hand-picked in small wooden boxes and left to dry in a well-ventilated position until the end of December, then a soft pressing is carried out followed by aging in barrique for 12 months before bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics
Clear, intense yellow color with amber shades, intense, aromatic and fruity aroma with hints of figs, candied fruit and honey. In the mouth it is sweet and velvety.
Gastronomic combinations
This wine is ideal with desserts and especially with dark chocolate or even ice cream. We also recommend tasting it with spicy cheeses especially with tender ones such as Gorgonzola.
